Karyn (aka Kaz as we now have two Karen/Karyn’s in the office) joined the Tony Mounce Mortgages & Insurance team in April 2019 after seven years experience in the banking industry. Having previously worked in a variety of roles, including Customer Service, Banking Adviser and Assistant Manager, Karyn has a diverse understanding of the banking system and can help customers to understand the sometimes baffling bank lingo and processes.
The best part of Karyn’s role is being able to get to know the family or individual sitting in front of her and creating a tailor-made experience for her customers so that they fully understand the process, their options and are happy with the outcome. Karyn makes sure her customers are well prepared, informed and communicated with clearly, regardless of whether they are buying their first home or expanding their investment property portfolio.
Karyn understands the importance of arranging insurance protection and says that knowing her customers will be ok should something unexpected happen, and their dream of owning their own home or having investment properties isn’t lost just because of an injury, illness or loss of work.
Outside of work, you’ll find Karyn spending time with her friends and family or walking her dog, Benji. She also spends time at the Christchurch Adventure Park supporting her husband’s mountain biking hobby.
